- The picture is good. The smart services operate OK once you have selected the service and the program you want.
- The picture is great quality. Excellent value for money.
- Good picture good price. Great LG operating system. Easy to set up and use. LG remote controls work with it as well.
- My only complaint would be that the picture could be sharper.
- The picture colour washes out quickly when moving around the room and not directly in front of the TV.
- It is smart and does what it says, and the picture quality is good.
- Great picture. A very good quality TV with everything you need built in.
- This is a great buy and the picture quality is amazing.
- It’s easy to set up, picture is excellent but sound just average.
- Viewing angles are excellent. The Tv also managed to play via usb every video format I threw at it from mkv to mp4.

- This TV represents good value for what is a modest price level. Sound is OK, not perfect, but no small TV is perfect.
- The sound quality is great and all the apps you could want are either on the TV already or downloadable and the web browser is a nice touch and very easy to use.
- Easy to use and great value. The sound is superb. I clearly hear all the voices and everything that happens on the TV.
- Only problem with the tv is that the sound on it is not very good. We have to turn the sound full on to be able to hear properly.
- The sound is a bit weak/tinny but not so much so that it's irritable, I was hoping for an audio out 3.5mm jack to connect to my portable speaker to give it a bit more depth of sound.
- Sound levels are also good with clear dialogue and bass when required.
- I bought this for my father, who thinks it is a large TV. Picture, sound and set up are all fine.
- The sound quality is fine and I am happy with it.
- It is slow to respond and the sound quality is weak - I have attached a sound bar to boost the sound, especially for older films.
- Weak sound. Need it at 100% if a fan in the kitchen is running and then it is not quite enough.

- The remote control makes Netflix and Amazon Prime easy to start up, and the USB port means play, pause and record is available when a hard disk is attached.
- Great TV and easy to setup. Also works with a Sky connection over an aerial. Wireless works a treat also.
- TV easy to set up. It does have built in wi fi connected straight away to router with out need for hard wire.
- The Satellite Cable Connection fits perfectly, and while other devices allow certainty that the cable is providing a strong signal this TV does not.
- Since getting in a tv engineer, who has hard wired the TV into the router, the tv still would not connect to the internet, in order to watch Netflix.
- Netflix, Amazon Prime, internet and loads of other features built in. Sky connects really well.
- Great picture quality and easy to set up and use. All connectors work great and look durable.
- Great small TV, ideal for a small room. With its integral satellite tuner no messy extra boxes and cables taking up precious space.
- Wi-Fi connected seamlessly and iPlayer etc. working fine.
- I was disappointed at how slow it is respond when changing inputs compared to other smart TVs I have had.
