What customers say about "Key Specs"
Philips Fidelio X2 Hi-Res Headphones Premium Design
- I can best describe the sound of the X2's as spacious, balanced, detailed and warm.
- They're excellent for films, vocals and details are extremely clear and when it comes to bass and sub bass they can really perform.
- They're not bass cannons but they get down low and are extremely satisfying.
- The bass is punchy and detailed, it extends low but is not overpowering.
- They sound like amazing. Balanced, full in the bass but not muffled, nor veiled on medium or high.
Philips Fidelio X2HR High Resolution Headphones
- The quality of construction is excellent and the sound quality is superb, all for a good price.
- The sound is perfect for me, I use them for things like watching Youtube, listening to music and gaming.
- Sound quality is also very good, but not as bass heavy as the 99 Neo's due to the open-back design.
- Fantastic sound straight out of the box. Great, wide open soundstage and clear, precise tones.
- The sound is the clincher though. Rhythmical, deep, excellent sound staging and imagery. Lots of detail.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Philips Fidelio X2 Hi-Res Headphones Premium Design
- Headphones are very light. It is comfortable to wear, although depending on each head, you may press a little.
- These were the most comfortable headphones. Very light and don't feels any heavy after hours of listening.
- Very comfortable light headphones, great for long listening periods.
- Built in self adjusting band eliminates any pressure/weight on head while in use.
- They feel quite heavy for head. Not possible to wear them for more then 2-3 hours.
Philips Fidelio X2HR High Resolution Headphones
- I just got my X2HR headphones a few days ago and am loving them. They are light on my head and have amazing sound.
- They’re so big around and deep that a lot of people’s actual ears won’t actually touch any part of the headphone. They’re also very light weight which helps.
- I retired an old set of Bose and bought these based on the great reviews. Yes, these are amazing, comfortable, and lightweight, yet heavy enough that you know they are quality made.
- These are soft enough that weight is evenly distributed and almost feel lighter when worn on my head than when handled by my hands.
- Very good sound quality but a little heavy weight.

- Cable length is more than enough to hook-up to my computer or phone. It comes with a clip that allows you to take up extra slack.
- The Hi-Res sound quality is excellent. I can hear the subtlest of sounds.
- The ear pads are comfortable (I've worn them for 3+ hours).
- The headband supports the weight really well and the cord and pads seem to be of very good quality.
- The bass and sub bass is most likely the best for the price period. It’s very clear and goes really low.
