What customers say about "Key Specs"
Samson SR850 Professional Studio Reference Open Back Headphones
- Very very good sound quality as a reference set of headphones that you might want to tune up with an equalizer.
- The sound quality form these headphones is absolutely fantastic.
- This is no questions asked studio quality sound and a cracking price.
- The sound quality is truly amazing for the price. They actually have quite a lot of bass.
- Enjoyable and immersive sound quality for both casual listening and studio mixing/mastering.
Audio-Technica ATH-M20X Professional Headphones - Black
- Sound quality is excellent. Rich, warm tones with a balanced sound overall.
- Excellent! The sound quality is clear and detailed, it sounds as good as other headphones I have that are tripple the price.
- The lows and highs are both crisp and natural. The build quality is also very good.
- The sound is not exactly flat, but the whole frequency range is there and very "even" across the entire range. The midrange is very distinct and there is no mega-bass idiocy going on at all.
- The sound was bottom heavy and weak at the high frequencies. They also cause headache after an hour of use.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Samson SR850 Professional Studio Reference Open Back Headphones
- The ear cups are a little small and take some adjustment to sit right on your head but it's okay.
- Well to start I have a small head and they were uncomfortable to start with. After replacing the included earpads they are 100 times better.
- The winged design means they are comfortable and adapt to basically any size of head.
- Bear in mind the minimum size is larger than most other headphones.
- I have small head too, they're nearly too big for me to use so it's not like they were stretched, quite the opposite.
Audio-Technica ATH-M20X Professional Headphones - Black
- They are very light weight, I wear glasses and they haven't bother me at all.
- They 20's are also really light weight, so if your goal is to wear them while doing some sort of physical activity, I would highly recommend these.
- These things are light weight, and give a crisp sound that is not taxing on the ears.
- Excellent quality at a super reasonable price! Sounds great, lightweight and has a long cord.
- They feel great on too, weight is perfect and my ears don't get hot. I highly recommend these.

What customers say about "Features"
Samson SR850 Professional Studio Reference Open Back Headphones
- This headset comes with a 3.5mm jack, not USB, this tends to give a better sound, and if you have a decent phone works with them too.
- This headset also comes with a 6.3mm adapter, so it should work with pretty much any audio equipment you have.
- The bass to be a tad muddy, and the highs sounding a little too bright. However that's nothing an equalizer or decent sound card can't solve.
- It feels like plastic-like cardboard. Now that being said, it is very comfortable, and light on the head.
- This headset features velour pad, not leather. Although leather does look nicer.
Audio-Technica ATH-M20X Professional Headphones - Black
- The cable is high quality, and exceptionally long actually.
- The build quality is also exceptional. They feel and look like a much higher end pair of headphones.
- The headband is adjustable on each side making it easy to get them fitting great for anybody.
- Good build quality from cable to ear pads to the headband. Feels like a quality engineered product.
- Comfortable. I don't play for excessive periods of time but have had no problem yet. Good noise isolation when wearing.
