What customers say about "Key Specs"
HP Z38c Curved Monitor
- The HP Z38c is a 21:9 aspect monitor that's 37.5 inches wide. I like it.
- It's a great workspace for video editors, though it's only UHD resolution wide. Nice monitor.
- Once you try it, you won't want to go back to a "tiny" 27” flat.
- While gamers will decry the HP Z38c's lack of FreeSync support, nice resolution.
- In this age of HDR and high fresh displays. I like this resolution.
Dell U3818DW Curved Monitor
- Resolution is great, speakers aren’t great but that’s not why you’re buying this monitor.
- As a software developer, the 1600 vertical resolution is perfect for productivity.
- Another unexpected benefit of the 1600 vertical resolution is that most 4k videos are perfectly enjoyable in cropped full screen mode.
- To get the best intended 4K resolution, you must open Display Preferences, the click on 'scaled' while holding down the Alt/Option key. I like this!
- In particular fonts look much, much worse running at the U3818DW's native resolution.

What customers say about "Display"
HP Z38c Curved Monitor
- The IPS screen doesn't require calibration out of the box save for lowering the default brightness, so just about any users will love.
- I like having one seamless curved ultrawide display instead.
- The color accuracy is also excellent for creators who work with a lot.
- Though the display does take up a relatively large footprint, it does eliminate the need for two monitors.
- This display quality and size comes a costly price point.
Dell U3818DW Curved Monitor
- This thing is absolutely amazing when it comes to picture quality and text readability.
- No display manager software for Mac. This means you’re limited to snapping two windows side-by-side.
- This is the best display I’ve ever experienced.
- A truly massive spread of pixels, and so big you fee like you’re going to fall into the screen.
- Having one cable for power and display is great. It charges at 100W, which is nice.
