It's a large keyboard so needs a big clear desk to use. I like this size.
The G815/915 are low profile keyboards with a small size, so they take up much less desk space.
It really does have such a huge comparison in size, being so ultra thin and with it being so lightweight compared to other gaming keyboards.
It's very solidly made, with lots of metal in the base, making it heavy.
The keyboard is made from aluminium and magnesium and is very heavy.

Also the weight and size of the keyboard may be unwieldy on a desktop but if you sit it on your lap it is perfectly sized for it.
That combined with the integrated palm rest makes it very stable to use in my lap.
The full size is great. And, the heavier keyboard is great as I am button mashing out some code.
Other wireless keyboards were small and designed either for desk use and I wanted something full size for gaming.
Going back to the size. It really is large, and heavy.

Feels fantastic to use. Nice low profile size so easy to reach keys.
Thanks to the large size, there are plenty of programmable function keys.
The G815/915 are low profile keyboards with a small size, so they take up much less desk space.

This keyboard has a slight feel to the key actuation. Not enough to bother you, but just enough to notice the feel of the key actuating.
The keys actuate smoothly, consistently and precisely.
Media controls that work right out of the box, and six custom keys on the left.
The media keys are kind of lame. They are big and easy to hit.
Keys feel mushy and don't have the wonderful feel of true mechanical switches.

The keyboard is mechanical and has a nice feel.
There are some cool ways the lights are used for practical things.

Flexibility has to do with connectivity, and the ability to customize the keyboard to various uses.
I also connect it to my personal device, either a phone, tablet, or second laptop.
The "gaming keyboard" feature is convenient as well, you just slide the button at the top and it disables the windows key.
It's not overpowering, and I think it would be okay in most office settings.
There are no additional USB ports on the keyboard ( nice feature of their older keyboards ).

The keyboard features Lightsync RGB customisable lighting which is impressive.
Setting up macros works well. In addition, there’s a comprehensive range of media controls and numeric pad.
Many of the keyboard's features are programmable, but you need to download Logitech's G Hub software to take advantage of most of them.
It takes 3 hours for a full charge which will last 30 hours with backlights on or 137 hours with them off.
G-Hub software on my laptop doesn't even detect the keyboard, so although it can be used as a basic Bluetooth keyboard.
