This is a very comfortable mouse. Tactile side buttons and completely customisabl, you can feel every button you press.
The shape is very comfortable too use, just tried it for a day of gaming and it has not made me uncomfortable or tired of using it. the scroll wheel works well. the buttons work well.
The button layout is perfect and very customisable thanks to the Razer Synapse software. he DPI can be set anywhere between 100 and 8200 so you'll definitely be able to find a value that suits your needs.
The Razer Naga looks beautiful, it's probably my favourite mouse in terms of aesthetics and the button layout is perfect for a number of grip styles.
Firstly, there is the issue of DPI. High DPI sensors can be great, since they refresh faster per second and take higher quality captures of the surface their on.

The sensitivity is fantastic, and the Razer app lets you adjust it to your mousepad. The ring finger rest is also an excellent addition, I feel less fatigue when I use this mouse.
This is the best mouse in the world. The 12 extra buttons on the side are great not only for MMOs but for any game really.
I've tried many multi button mouses and Razer has been the best. Their product always works good for me and their support software makes using different features in MMO"s a breeze.
The quality is fantastic, and I've had my Razer Naga Epic for about 4 years with no problems.
Cheap" feeling - I'm going to go into a bit of detail about this one later.

My hand sits nicely on the top of the mouse and I don't find myself stretching much at all. There is a nice weight to the mouse which also seems to help give smooth tracking.
The mouse has a slightly larger form factor, but it's good for me. It's not the heaviest mouse but it is certainly not light compared to other options.
The mouse is definitely smaller than most mice, but that adds to its portability. It is not uncomfortable at any point however and is an acceptable tradeoff therefore.
The mouse is extremely ergonomic, and I can't say I've had any issues with hand pains using it for very extensive periods of time.
This mouse is not heavy, but heavier than your normal cheap quality plastic mouse; this gives the mouse a lovely feel of structural integrity to it.
I have small hands, and it`s not comfortable to me. I imagine for someone with 'normal' size hands, this would be a perfect left-handed gaming mouse.

This larger mouse fits much more comfortably in my hand even as a female gamer with arguable smaller hands than most male gamers.
Amazing mouse, SUPER long cord that won't get in the way but can still reach, colors are beautiful, fits in my hand well.
The mouse, generally, is pretty good. It feels great in my hand, the buttons are in good position.

The 7 side buttons are nicely spaced and the circular pattern makes it easy to recall the macro you want without looking at the mouse.
I find the Razer Synapse software very easy to use and it's super quick to record new macros.
The macro options are quite broad and allow you to automate a wide range of tasks both in and out of game.
The lights are quite funky too, you can change the pulse, colour and brightness and this is all in the free software available to download.
I use the side buttons when playing WoW and can't imagine playing without those extra buttons anymore.
The 12 button mouse seemed far too squared together and I would often hit the wrong button.

The colors are also completely customizable, the side buttons can be different color from the scroll wheel and the logo, and vice versa for each.
The software is simple to use, and it's easy to customize the buttons, sensitivity, colors, etc.
The mouse is very customizable, more so than I use. The colors are easy to set and the Razer app interfaces well with this and my keyboard.
Very fast, durable buttons, and excellent tracking. The mechanical switches are also very fast and far more reliable than my older model Naga was.
Love the quality and versatility of this Razer naga mouse. Tons of buttons for many key bind options. Really enjoy the multi color lights.
The buttons are small are easy enough to miss click though you'll get used to them. The buttons lack an ergonomic curvature or placement making the mouse harder to pick up for repositioning.
