- Good touch screen response, small shirt pocket sized, 51 to 100 hrs battery life.
- Dragging music files to both the inbuilt 32GB storage and the microSD card is simplicity itself. Each shows up as a separate disc drive: store the files on whichever you wish.

- Great piece of equipment with a quality feel, not cheap but well worth it if you want to listen to quality sound on the move in my opinion.
- If you love music and want near perfect sound quality at a reasonable price then this player is for you.
- Excellent product in all the right ways. Physical quality is excellent

- The second I got the player I fell in love with it. The sound quality and the equlizer options, omg!
- There are basically endless options for altering your experience through equalizer presets or just by setting up your own presets (4 available slots).
- You can just drag and drop your music no silly programs needed.
- User interface - no problems, but if you have large clumsy fingers like me, you will need to use a stylus touch pen.
- Adding a Micro SD card - I added a 64 GB card - formatted it using Windows and it didn't work, so downloaded the formatting software recommended by Cowon and that worked perfectly.
- All the things that I disliked about the X9 have been corrected. Now we have an excellent touch screen, 10 easy to use playlists, small size and superb build quality.
- I'm finding user interface awkward, maybe because I've been using a Zen for last 10 years, maybe because I'm old and not very good with modern gadgets.
- Interface is a joke, probably faulty, almost uncontrollable sometimes, it keeps jumping between screens, functions tapped uncontrollably, a real nightmare...
