Wow! This printer has changed my understanding of how professional color prints should look.
The colors and contrast are incredible and the prints are tack sharp.
The color is beautiful (much more vibrant than the R1800)
Quality, the 3880 print exceptionally stunning B/W and color images.
I've hardly used this printer and I can't figure out why my inks look so bad when I print color photos.

No issues setting up, I like the Auto-shut off feature, as sometimes I forget.
The printer can be linked via either an ethernet or USB 2.0 connection.
I installed mine using the USB connection. Durable connect.
I had no problems connecting the printer to my workstation using a crossover cable.
No hassles with unpacking and setup, software installation or connecting to my PC.

This feels solid - very solid. Great quality.
