- This lens very versatile, the 18-140 range covers virtually everything I need, so this is usually the lens on my camera.
- Lens sharpness is good esp central region across the focal range even at 140mm f5.6 (it's surprisingly sharp here).

- Very well with its size, weight, versatility and performance.

Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Camera Lens
- Sharp, light and nice range but still a compact size. I love it! Reommended!
- It's quite a hefty beast and fitted on the D7100 it's not a light weight package but I've walked up lots of mountains in the month I've had it and not had a problem.
- It is still half the weight of a full frame camera with the equivalent lens. It has been a total game changer for me.
- From the short time that I have had to use this lens I am glad that I have chosen this size over the shorter standard zoom.
- The balance is very good on this combination and not too heavy to carry around all day.
