About the Product
Ultimate photo fun and fantastic perspectives are inevitable with this lens. This ultra wide-angle lens builds on the concept of the excellent Tamron 11-18mm F4.5-5.6. It belongs to the Super performance (SP) class of Tamron lenses distinguished by ultra high optical and mechanical quality.
Based on the high quality optical design of the AT-X 124 PRO DX (12-24 mm f/4) lens, the AT-X 116 PRO DX has a slightly shorter zoom range to maintain optical quality at wide apertures and has an internal silent focusing motor to allow the lens to AF on Nikon bodies that do not have an AF drive gear and motor.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
Tamron SP AF 10-24mm F/3.5-4.5 Di II LD Aspherical Lens for Nikon
- It can be used fully wide open for landscape vista's or close down half way for interesting building and street views.
- This is a super lens,it feels pretty robust,AF is what you would expect, the 24 end saves some lens changing and quality at f8 - f16 is very good.
- It's a nicely built lens. It has great center sharpness at all focal lengths at most apertures.
- What a fantastic lens, Crystal clear throughout its focal length. Light and super quick autofocus.
- Liked the lense well worth the price and good clear focal length and good quality.
Tokina AT-X PRO 11-16mm F2.8 DXII Lens
- I bought it to take pictures from landscapes and northern lights and i don't regret it. The Lens works fine, and has a fabulous focal length.
- I am suprised at the close focal length and how near you need to get to foreground interest when photographing - but this is something I have quickly adjusted to.
- Great travel lens , sharp images, small and perfect focal length for travel pictures.
- It is very small and light to carry, and thanks to its maximum aperture it can deliver good results in low light conditions.
- The focal length ring suffers from the stiffness and rough feeling and it cheapens the overall product in my opinion.

- It feels solid and weighty in the hands and on the camera. Great results from all through the focal range.
- It is beautifully made, nicely packaged, and heavier than I expected, but as I am not a paparazzi chasing c list celebrities through London, weight is of no importance.
- The build quality seems really good, it feels solid, and even the weight tells you that there is a lot that's gone into the constuction!
- The lens is so light and compact I often carry it in my jacket pocket in case I need it.
- It is a quite chunky lens that is reassuringly heavy and despite its weight - quality is not good.

- It's small, light as a feather and takes a crisp shot. Nice lens.

What customers say about "Imaging"
Tamron SP AF 10-24mm F/3.5-4.5 Di II LD Aspherical Lens for Nikon
- The quality is outstanding - and some of the low light shots that I achieved were way above and beyond my technical capability to produce!
- The zoom and focusing are quiet and precise, and I never experienced any hunting. Mechanically, it has never had any problems.
- Focus and zoom work well, and the lens is pretty light and compact.
- The build quality is incredible for the money and compared to the Nikon made lens the difference in image quality does not reflect the difference in price.
- At 10mm zoom, the image quality in the corners is quite smeary.
Tokina AT-X PRO 11-16mm F2.8 DXII Lens
- It produces a nice, sharp image every time I take a video or picture.
- The images are sharp, it works as well at macro level as it does with landscapes and it is as light as a feather.
- Simply a must buy for anyone who needs to take decent-professional images.
- Sharp images, nice depth of field and give you much better shot quality in low light scenarios.
- The image quality is great and it's just what you'd expect!
