What customers say about "Key Specs"
Sony NWZA-15 A Series High-Res Walkman, 16 GB - Black
- It has the capacity to expand the memory to a decent maximum size as well which is also a great selling point.
- There's 16GB on board, but I stuck in a 32GB memory card which stores more than enough hi-res files to keep me occupied for a few months.
- The file storage capacity with a 64Gb microSD card is more than I could possibly fill.
- Navigation on the screen is clear and concise.
- Very pleased with Sony Walkman mp3 player it works well and has great storage potential.
Fiio X1-II 2nd Generation Portable High Resolution Music Player (Silver)
- Lots of storage possible (I have over 20,000 songs, audio books, and other audio files of various kinds)
- The default theme is high contrast black and white, which makes the screen easier to read. The graphics are much nicer, especially the song background.
- This includes the screen, which results in a slightly less crisp image; however, it also resists finger prints, which is a really nice feature.
- The player will support up to a 256GB micro-Sd card but I have found that a 200GB card at about half the price is more than sufficient to hold the majority of my digital collection.
- This is an excellent replacement for an ipod classic. I use a 128 Gb SD card, and have had no problems playing MP3 files.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Sony NWZA-15 A Series High-Res Walkman, 16 GB - Black
- it looks very sleek and stylish - defninitely some design improvements overearlier models.
- This is a neat and tidy piece of kit and is smaller than it looks in the photos (about the size of an iPod).
- I got it unboxed I saw that it looked even better in the hand. Quite light, fairly small and from what I can see really well made.
- It's a lovely little black monolithic piece of design. It really won't take up much space in your pocket, bag, purse, bag, sack or secret safe.
- The design, feel and materials used in the device are in my opinion spot on.
Fiio X1-II 2nd Generation Portable High Resolution Music Player (Silver)
- Excellent build quality, excellent sound quality
- Build quality is solid enough. It doesn't feel high end but doesn't feel cheap, either.
- The build quality of the X1 is nice, and I haven’t had an issue with the day-to-day operations
- Solid build, physically it feels well made, decent metal case.
- Convenient size. The X1 is small enough that I can carry it in the same pocket as my cellphone but still large enough that I can use it one-handed.

What customers say about "Features"
Sony NWZA-15 A Series High-Res Walkman, 16 GB - Black
- Great sound with all the headphones I've tried. Excellent depth and sound space.
- Nice inteface, does exactly what it's supposed to, without any other guff present on Android and Apple devices.
- Drag and Drop transfer of music, no software required (and you can use it to transfer music between computers).
- I use the Bluetooth function with my stereo in my living room and the sound is quite literally incredible!
- I also have NFC headphones and this device supports NFC pairing - just place the headphones by the back of the device and they start pairing.
Fiio X1-II 2nd Generation Portable High Resolution Music Player (Silver)
- It is able to shuffle my complete library. Or I can select by Artist, Album, Genre, etc. So far so good!
- Sound wise it's transparent. It doesn't color the sound at all. Comparing it to iPhone 7 Plus driven into an Apogee ONE for iPad/Mac, I couldn't hear much difference except for loudness.
- Fiio pre-installs a front-face protector, and includes a spare, which is cool.
- In the gym I use BeatsX headphones, and I couldn’t see going back to wired, even for FLAC. The Fiio connected just fine to my BeatsX
- Sound is superb and detailed, even on material that challenges most music players (complex classical pieces, for example).
- The UI on the unit itself is usable, but certainly not as user-friendly as an iPod.

What customers say about "Power"
Sony NWZA-15 A Series High-Res Walkman, 16 GB - Black
- Battery Life is stellar, even when playing Hi-Res files.
- I literally use this daily and it's battery life is absolutely brilliant, which is another considerable factor of supremacy over the lowly ipod, and one of many in my opinion.
- Battery life is so good, you're not hunting for a charge all the time.
- Battery life is amazing, it lasts weeks without needing charging.
- The battery has been one of the most pleasing aspects of this purchase!
Fiio X1-II 2nd Generation Portable High Resolution Music Player (Silver)
- Great battery life, drag and drop loading, expandable memory, and great value for the money.
- Great battery life. I use it two hours a day, turn it off when I leave the car for longer than ten minutes, and only have to charge it maybe once a week/every ten days
- I haven't run the battery down, but I haven't played it for more than 4 hours at a time.
- So far, the battery power has been extraordinary. No complaints; I use it each night when I go to bed, and I certainly don't have to charge it each day.
- The battery life on the player is good and it has support for multiple file formats.
