- I spent a lot of time looking around at articles and reviews and for an all-round general purpose kitchen knife you won't find better at this price range. Highly recommended.
- The blade is deeper than most chef knives, allowing for a more natural cutting position, and less strain on your wrists.
- The blade has a very smooth polished finish that helps you glide through food easily.
- You get full use of the blade because it does not have a bolster.
- Lovely sharp smooth edge, allows nice rolling action for dicing/chopping.
- The knife is a little on the light side, which I think is good, because maneuvering is less exhausting.
- 8,5 inch blade is a good size for most applications in a professional kitchen, some people like their main knife to be a bit longer, but I found this one a perfect size.
- It has stayed sharp after many uses, it's light and very pleasant to use.
- I use it on daily basis as an universal do-all knife and find it very ergonomic, lightweight and just the right size and blade profile for all uses.
- A very light knife, a bit light-ish for my taste, but it's a personal preference.
- Very sharp and ergonomic knife. I've already cut my fingers and it wasn't for the purpose of this review.
- The plastic fibrox handle has an excellent medium sized grip (good for small or big hands) that is very sanitary.
- Great shape, comfortable to use in a busy kitchen, very happy with the purchase.
- The handle won't win a beauty award but it is non-slip and very functional, won't split, and is probably indestructible unless left on direct heat.
- This is a fine extremely sharp good value knife with a great blade but the textured plastic handle.
