Yes the build is superlative & the housing design more comfortable, and that's where the good stuff ends.
I've only had these for a couple of days but the build quality really is excellent. Everything seems solidly connected and the nothing feels fragile or loose.
They have an excellent built quality, beefy and straight jack and round cable, that loves to tangle, are customisable, practical and comfortable.
The cable is fat and durable, provides confidence it will last, there is pressure reliver near the jack.
The cable is 3-4 inches too long, so my iPhone in my trouser pocket there is a lot of cable hanging loose and I've snagged it with my hand whilst walking more than once.

RHA T20 In-Ear Headphones

The RHA T20s are stunning soundings earbuds, highs are handled with crisp detail without ever sounding overly bright, mids are subtle.
The construction of the buds themselves are made from finely machined alloy, with three sets of screw in filters to suit your sound style whether it be high, bass boost, or reference.
Impressive sound, great quality and easy to hold on the ear.
The sound is revolutionary and much much better than the previous version T10i, and it is easier to hold on the ear and lighter for they replaced the metal cable with a light rubber cable.
The only major gripe is the flex cables that curve around the back of the ear.
These are constructed of a flex coil metal covered in a heat shrink type sleeve, and this sleeve has a tendency to become saggy and uncomfortable to use.

Now here comes the cool stuff, there are different buts that i can screw into the main housing that allows me to enhance the frequency of music.
They sound amazing with my iPhone compared to my HTC 10 and even better on my PC. Tight bass, wide and controlled mids, crisp highs. I couldn't ask for more.
Also the in-line controls, though slightly fiddly, also feel satisfyingly unbreakable, with no exposed button click mechanics.
I'm a 'general populous' user and these are on the mark. Less bass, but more realism than Bose headphones. Great sound isolation on the plane. Very, very comfortable to wear.
The Headphones get uncomfortable after prolonged use when you wear glasses as there's only so much room for the glasses arms and the headphone cables.

RHA T20 In-Ear Headphones

The sound is fantastic and the changeable filters really make a difference. I have not been able to test them on high-resolution audio tracks yet, but I am intending to.
The sound is amazing, having the filters means you can customize your sound.
Everything from the presentation to the construction, materials, tip choices and tuneability feel top quality.
The only thing I am not sold on completely is the noise deflection capacity, which is advertised on the box. These do not cancel out noise and the noise deflection is selective.
There is no control, you have to completely stop to change the sound settings.
