- This is a great motherboard for the ryzen 3400g, since it supports the ryzen 3000 series out of the box without a bios update.
- I'm very happy with this board, currently running with a Ryzen 2700.
- Great overclocking options, solid design. Paired with a Ryzen 3600 and works great.
- Great full size ATX form factor motherboard for Ryzen processors.
- Works with ryzen 5 out of the box without a bios update, however I do recommend updating anyway.
- This motherboard, being the "MAX" variant of the B450 Tomahawk is already set up for Ryzen 7 out of the box.
- Paired up with a ryzen 5 3600 and preforms amazingly, works straight out of the box.
- There was no BIOS update needed out of the box, and the Ryzen 7 2700x booted with no issues.
- Compatible with ryzen 3000 out of the box. Highly recommend.
- It supports AM4 and that it is perfect for beginners. It is a very good and solid motherboard made of good materials.

- Overclocked my ram from 3200 mhz cl16 to 3800mhz cl16 no problems at all even under overnight stress test.
- With 16gb of Corsair 3600mhz ram it flies like a charm.
- The 4 ram slots allows for great expandability.
- Excellent ram compatibility. Great for sober builds with lot of RAM.
- It's really a great mobo for a basic/gaming configuration with 4x slots for RAM.
- This motherboard allows me to full use of my 3200mhz RAM.
- Running 16GB of RAM in 3200Mhz clocks and everything works fine.
- Works with no issues Corsair vengeance 2x8gb 3200MHz.
- Worked perfect with my 3333 DDR4 kit with XMP.
- The nice thing is I can run my 3333 memory at 3600mhz with heavy timing tweaking no issue.

- Has plenty of fan ports and dedicated pump header, which is great!
- With all the ports and features you need board looks great and has a really easy to use bios.
- Very pleased with motherboard that have all the ports that I need.
- The motherboard is sturdy and has every port needed.
- This motherboard has every port you want without looking sacrificing in the look departments.
- It was so easy to install the parts and then putting it in the case. Good number of fan headers and sata connections as well.
- Great board aesthetically pleasing and it has enough USB ports on the back to cover all my accessories.

- Only minus is boot up takes 5 seconds slower than my old motherboard.
- Overclocking does not seem to be a problem - temperatures and performance have stayed well within acceptable ranges.
- Best thing for me about this motherboard was the BIOS it was so easy to use, one click of a button in the bios activated the XMP profile.
- Installing latest BIOS updates and Windows 10 was really easy to do with this board.
- The RGB light strip on this board is controlled by msi mystic light software and this is very easy to use.
- Software doesn't control any RGB on the MSI RTX graphics cards instead needing other software so syncing is harder unless you go for a static colour scheme.
