- It is a darn sight lighter than full-size planar headphones such as the Hifiman HE1000 and Audeze.
- Super comfortable and light enough to wear all day. Difference between these and 'gaming headsets' is night and day.
- The headphones are very comfortable for long listening as they are very light and the clamp isn't tight it's just right for me, I don't need to adjust them at all.
- Extremely good set of drivers! They feel so light on your head I almost forget they’re there.
- The plastic design makes it feel so light and comfortable, you won't even notice you're wearing headphone after long use.
- They are light, comfortable, compact (for over-ear) and don’t look flashy or expensive.
- The comfort factor of these were great. and really light as if wearing nothing!
- Firstly, the build quality is excellent for home use and they are super light and comfortable.
- They are light, and don't have a tendency to squash either my ears or the side of the head.
- They are so light you forget you are wearing them once the music starts.

- I can hear all sorts of subtle details especially for music instruments. An excellent headphone(tool) for my daily work.
- It’s a peach to drive off almost any source, excellent build quality, and fantastic mids.
- The build quality of the K872 is excellent and very durable looking. The plastic cups are accented with silver aluminum rings both inner and outer which gives it a bit of pop in visual appeal.
- The K872 has a single entry LEMO EGG series 3pin Mini XLR system splendidly integrated onto the bottom of the left gimbal rather than directly into the cup.
- Cable is bulky and heavy compared to consumer products, a bit hard too.
- The sound stage is nice for a closed back and sounds superb for vocals and blues, folk and rock band instrumentals, guitars and violins sound lovely.
- Super comfortable to use for listening sessions of well over two hours of continuous music listening.
- Build quality fantastic as expected from a German manufacturer.
- Amazing pair of headphone that is perfectly drivable by mobile devices and when used with my chord mojo, it enters the next level with detailed sounds and punchy& crisp bass.
- Fabulous sound quality. I’ve used them with a balanced cable and a HIBy R6 which seem to go well together.
