- Screen is capacitive, good size and the 800x480 resolution is high for a phone at this price.
- Result is a very clear and bright screen that's easy to use at all light levels.
- This phone packs in a fiber point multi touch IPS screen at a decent resolution.
- The screen is clear and readable. With the right app you can watch any video format and the result is clear and crisp.
- The touch screen is very responsive so doing fine work like mind maps is perfectly possible.
- The screen is difficult to see in broad daylight due to reflections.
- The hardware side, display, touchscreen, battery life etc is really top notch.
- My daughter loves this phone. Lovely clear display and good features.
- It's hard to believe the price is as low as it is taking account of the design, functionality and display quality.
- Large (4"), clear, colourful display with active tiles and the Windows 8 interface is very good.
- The screen seems to be a bit more susceptible to finger marks than others I've had in the past.
- It can run many up to date apps. Obviously not the latest games but it has a go.
- The 512Mb of RAM and limited storage could be higher but if you aren't playing 3D games or running high end apps, the phone will cope well.
- The dual core processor makes it quite capable of handling most apps and apps running concurrently
- Double processor which means is as fast and precise as an iphone.
- The processor does not support modern games and applications.
- Great phone although old can still play 720p HD videos and has a relatively fast processor.
- It has got a respectable amount of power hidden away inside, with a 1GHz dual-core processor ensuring that performance is generally pretty smooth.
- Dual processors feel quite speedy and fast with no issues on video playback (smooth with no dropped frames).
- The menus are fluid, no discernible delay, it's all very smooth.
- This phone is a SUPERB little number. Its fast, fluid and very intuitive.
- Camera 5mp focus can be a bit drawn out takes a while for it to focus but once it does its very clear.
- Camera is good, it's 5mp so you won't be outdoing Rankin and the front cam will do for Skype or Hangouts.
- The front camera isn't anything to write home about. But it is intended for skype type calls so it that respect it is functional.
- The handset has a 5-megapixel camera, and it produces reasonable images, with well-judged exposure.
- The camera is not the best, you have to wait a long time until it focuses and clear pictures do not always come out.
- There's a very good level of detail in pictures and it's general display of text and logos, and very good is all I desire.
- The 5MP camera is good for the price and while it doesn't have much built-in storage it has a microSD card slot to make up for it.
- Camera is good and takes good pics. Fast downloads via wifi.
- No front facing camera, plus, the rear camera lacks flash, although, low light pictures aren't bad.
- No front facing camera, a shame as you can install Skype (even a basic one would be useful).
- The phone also comes with 2 sim card slots which is good if you are looking for a personal & buisness solution and is a feature I am always amazed isn't standard in all phones.
- Pre-installed is a power saving mode which will reduce screen brightness and turn off any battery hungry features which allows to increase the time of use.
- Headphones work great. The sound is good enough. This is a good feature of this phone.
- The biggest downside is that as it is from China there is no Google Play store!
- The lack of multiple features is frustrating. The lack of NFC especially, I was hoping to pay for purchases using this feature.
- It gets decent phone signal and as with all Windows Phone 8 handsets the way contacts are integrated with social networks is excellent.
- Windows 8 actually works really well for a touch phone, the tiles can be customised in size and location, it is intuitive and responsive.
- The great thing about Windows Phone 8 is that it seems to run extremely well on low spec phones, unlike Android.
- Running Windows Phone, which, IMO, is the best designed mobile user interface of all – better than both iOS and Android.
- Coupled with Windows Phone which is a superb operating system and I really do think this is a fantastic buy.
- I charge this unit once every 2-3 days I would say I am a medium user, using the phone on WIFI most evenings as it is more convenient than waiting for the laptop to boot up.
- I bought this phone as an extra and it really pleased me with its battery because it lasts a couple of days without recharging.
- In my opinion, charging goes much faster with similar phones, which is good.
- Battery life is not so great- about one and a half days at most.
- After a month of use, the battery started to discharge quickly, which is very annoying.
- The battery life is not very good as which found when they tested it.
- I find the battery life very acceptable for this type of 'phone and the array of applications, while not exhaustive, is still very reasonable.
- If you use battery saving mode (which I use all the time) then the battery life is amazing! It's been almost 24 hours since I charged mine and it's currently on 61%.
- The battery life is exquisite, I felt like it was literally laughing at my old phone which couldn't last half a day!
- Battery is a bit on the poor side, which is probably the biggest fault I can find, but if you're used to putting your phone on charge overnight then it will easily last the day.
