- This is a great ssd robust, decent speed and has never given me any problems.
- Startup time went from a few minutes to about 15 seconds, and everything runs much faster and smoother. Good purchase!
- My computer boots up in less than 15 secs and thats including logging in with my password set. Recommended for everyone!
- My overall boot time including passwords, apps launching etc is around 10-15 seconds which is handy.
- I have been using it for a few days and my boot-up time has reduced from around 4 minutes to around 30 seconds.
- This solid state drive is one of the cheapest 120GB drives available, making it appealing for older or basic office PCs.
- Booting and loading applications is faster and the OS feels more responsive.
- It has all the storage capacity it's supposed to. Easy to install but I think it would be nice to include the retaining screw it requires.
- The read performance is acceptable though write is disappointing.
- Commonly SSD performance degrades as you fill the capacity and unfortunately this drive gets hit particularly hard.
- Very light, easy to install (unscrew case, unscrew old drive, screw in new drive).
- The drive is very lightweight, easy to install. Seems quite fast.
- Fairly easy to install and to clone my existing drive .I'm not disappointed!
- Only drawback was that I thought it would be easy to clone the old drives to swap the new ones in, but that was a total pain, so ended up doing a fresh install and copying data across to new drive.
- My issue is that there is no drive imaging software support from Kingston for the this range of SSDs, most disappointing.
- With available SATA interface, these drives offer high-performance, low power consumption, and cool operation.
- The Green version have a SATA version 3 interface. Old PC's like my DV2 have a SATA Version 2 interface (compatable with V3) that runs at half the speed of V3.
- SLC caching boosts write performance to quickly perform everyday tasks. Performance is really superb.
- Ultra low power draw so you can use your laptop PC for longer periods of time. It is very very important feature for me!
- The device arrived in a standard retail box with a few instruction on the packaging but no software or any USB to SATA connection cable to facilitate the transfer of data and operating system.
