The Net radio side sounds way better than I expected and it is rock solid
This is a solid sounding amplifier and great for streaming
I purchased this to replace a sonos playbar, and I’m not disappointed!! Excellent sound quality and every feature you could wish for. Just need some decent speakers and it will take it to the next level.
Needed a amp to power the TV, great sound put it through 2 75w old JVC speckers

This unit is half the cost of an Audiolab 8000S amplifier and having listened to it for a week I can hear no difference in sound quality than that experienced with my 8000S
I can only describe the sound as fantastic. It doesn't matter what source you select the sound is always clear and full
If you get the speakers ideally positioned you can close your eyes and almost believe you are there at the concert, such is the soundstage the Yamaha manages to create.
The quality of the build is as good as many amplifier of over twice its price and the sound quality as good as my last unit, pure, dynamic and detailed.
It sounds good and does just about everything possible with stereo sound.

I'm delighted with this Yamaha network receiver. Great features and connectivity with ample yet refined power.
I mainly use it via Bluetooth from my phone, but it is also a great feature that it has DAB radio too, replacing our stand alone DAB radio.
Love the look and for the price the features are excellent (Love Yamaha's musicast).
I still haven't figured everything out, but I find that the included app is unexpectedly useful as is the direct connection to streaming services
I have connected a CD player and a turntable to it and those along with the built in tuner completes my system - I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have also hooked up by its blue tooth my old ipod using a TROND Bluetooth Tx. It also has DAB and FM and USB, MusicCast and AirPlay for iPhone/iPad
Even connecting to my WiFi Router was easy, and worked well.
Very easy to set up to the internet which gives you access to Spotify, internet radio and incredibly good Bluetooth/ apple air play.
Super receiver, very versatile, sounds great whether listening to music or being connected to TV watching movies through this unit.
Good connectivity and Musicast is excellent.

I'm really pleased with this box, has all the connectivity I was expecting and more.
The unit sounds good, connected to my router easily
Bluetooth connected easily, it works perfectly well with my 2 year old Moto G5 and on two other devices I've connected.
I have the unit connected to my TV via an optical cable, so I can use the TV's audio delay to sort out the lip sync problems on Amazon
I connected it to two pairs of speakers, a smaller pair of Monitor Audios and an old, larger pair of Akai speakers. The output is excellent

Absolutely love this receiver. Wired it up to my turntable (preamp type), CD player. Great on Bluetooth.
The receiver is wireless (built in) and connected to our router in a few seconds.
Wired up to two sets of speakers - plenty loud enough. Not tried the Wi-fi / internet settings yet. But love it already. Looks great too!
Managed to pair it to my 'phone via Bluetooth which works fine but can't see myself using it too often.
Nice to have digital inputs and a line output to record to my Yamaha HDD / CD recorder.
