- The coverage in general is way better and I can finally free roam in the flat without having to switch WiFi every 2 seconds.
- The speed went from 2-14 Mbps in the kitchen before and now is around 70 Mpbs but has also improved the speed everywhere else in the flat.
- It hasn't disconnected once and speed is still consistent everywhere we need it.
- Very good speeds double to what i had on 2.4ghz and 5 g is 4x the speed. Highly recommend.
- The signal in the studio was extremely weak and could only be accessed in a corner of the office. After this extender was installed, the whole office gets 2.4 GHz full speed connection.
- I now have no issues streaming, gaming or general wifi use on multiple devices at very good speeds.
- As soon as I plugged this baby in on the top of the stairs landing i had full wifi coverage upstairs and around the full house.
- Speeds are great compared with using a powerline to wifi extender along our Victorian style electric wiring.
- Like many of these extender sockets, this one suffers from signal drop out from time to time.
- Sometimes device just refuse to connect to any internet signal.
- In use, this extender has been rock-solid. It gets better 5g reception than other extenders I've tried without being a full-sized device.
- It was easy to set up, (on tablets and smartphones you just have to pick it up as a new network connection and put in the password again) and very small so barely noticeable.
- Small piece of kit, barely bigger than a plug but seems to pick up networks well.
- Easy to use and set up and is small and unobtrusive. Great buy that really works well.
- Great coverage, quite large so if you have restricted sockets be careful what is above them.
- Note, it is very large, but feels sturdy in the wall socket.
- Fits any plug and doesn't prevent you using the next one along. Highly recommended.
- Small size, fits a 3 pronged adapter perfectly.
- The size is smallish and fits the socket with no problems.
- Fitted it easily and we are not the most technically minded people.
- Comes with a nice little app to see who else is using channels around you and relative signal strengths. Good piece of kit.
- The unit looks sheek, low profile and contains good hardware. The UI looks easy to use.
- Using fastlane means my ps4 downloads are as quick as a wired connection.
- If I've got one gripe it's that I haven't found a way to switch the LEDs off - that just means it acts as a night-light on the landing.
- Using a hidden SSID setup, I need to manually input my router details. However when I select WPA2 as the security option, there is no password field to enter details into.
- We can walk around the house and be transferred from main hub signal to the extender and not notice any buffering or loss of signal - when the device is working correctly that is.
- The app for managing and tuning your setup is very simple.
- The WPS setup is very simple, so getting up and running is a nice experience. From the go, the extender seems to do a great job of greatly extending the WIFI.
- The Netgear app that is used for configuration is very basic and the user manual is not very informative.
- I had a smart home app on and watched several devices come online moments after I turned off the extender.
