What customers say about "Key Specs"
Wüsthof Classic chef's knife (blade 23 cm)
- This knife is the best blade I have ever used in the kitchen. Whether you are slicing onions finely, or whether chopping herbs this professional knife makes it child's play.
- This blade is razor sharp so use the sleeve & end clip when storing.
- The carbon steel itself looks beautiful and will no doubt last years and years if looked after. I will now be saving up to replace my hole set with these Wusthof knives.
- 9" The curved blade is stiff and sturdy. Quite handy for chopping and dicing.
- Cuts very nicely when I've borrowed it - I personally would prefer a smaller blade, 23cm is longer than I expected!
Zwilling Pro (38401-161-0) Chef's Knife, Steel, Silver/Black
- Quality materials and craftsmanship, sharp as a razor, good ergonomics.
- Blade shape makes this knife ideal for every kitchen job except paring, and the 6 inch length means you never have to go camping, fishing, or on vacation without a good kitchen knife.
- Very sharp and handy. Good length and curve. Elegant look.
- The lack of a full bolster makes it easy to sharpen the full length.
- The curved transition to the blade might make storage in some blocks a bit unsightly.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Wüsthof Classic chef's knife (blade 23 cm)
- Well balanced with a great blade. Very happy with my purchase.
- It is the perfect size for the many small cutting and slicing tasks I perform on a regular basis.
- Slices nicely very sharp. Good size to handle for me. Have other sizes too and wanted a smaller one. Happy with purchase.
- It is the right length, the proper balance, and the right weight. It is also very, very sharp.
- Great balance and weight, good quality feel and so sharp I could shave with it though I probably wouldn't survive the experience.
Zwilling Pro (38401-161-0) Chef's Knife, Steel, Silver/Black
- The size, balance and sharpness makes this new addition to our kitchen tools a favorite when preparing meals. Also loved the price!
- It is the smaller blade size, combined with the wider blade width, that makes this a winner among analogues.
- Great knife! Wonderful weight and fantastically sharp edge! I use it on everything!
- It has a little more weight to it than what I was used to but it feels very nice and balanced.
- The weight and heft of the knife feels very bad, it's too heavy for me.

What customers say about "Features"
Wüsthof Classic chef's knife (blade 23 cm)
- The handle material is tough. I like the full tang construction. It assures this will last several life times.
- The handle is made a very comfortable material, and even though we're bad owners that run in through the dishwasher, there has been no looseness in the handle. It resharpens easily.
- Sharpens easily, grip is comfortable, and bolster allows a sharp blade all the way to the heel. And prevents finger cuts from slipping up the heel.
- The handle of the blade rides high enough off the cutting surface to permit easy chopping without finger contact.
- Low quality blade and cheap plastic handle. For this amount of money it is absolutely shocking.
Zwilling Pro (38401-161-0) Chef's Knife, Steel, Silver/Black
- The handle is much better, the knife is heavier, and the way the handle material goes to the blade allows to use it "pinch" style, pretty handy.
- The handle is hefty and comfortable making it wonderful for prolonged use.
- I still like this knife because the design and comfortable handle.
- It is incredibly easy to clean and dry, thanks to the smooth transition.
- I'm disappointed with this knife as it has so many scratches on its handle like second hand.
