What customers say about "Key Specs"
Oculus Rift S PC-Powered VR Gaming Headset
- Responsiveness is great and much better than single or dual sensor tracking of old. There is no break in the motion when a sensor loses sight of the headset.
- The inside out tracking works good if you never experienced the tower version. If I hold still in a game I can notice that this thing is constantly trying to calculate tracking.
- The tracking works very well, display is crisp, and its by far the best bang for your VR buck at the moment.
- The controllers are likewise a slight step up from the previous generation and very easy to adapt.
- The oculus rift S controllers that you HAVE to use for this device feel much more plastic-y and rough.
- The oculus rift S controllers that you HAVE to use for this device feel much more plastic-y and rough. And because it’s a cheaper build quality, I can see these breaking a lot more frequently.
Oculus Quest All-in-one VR Gaming Headset
- The controller feel very similar to the Go, apart from the buttons and thumbtack are where the smooth touchpad is, and of course, there’s a big sensor ring at the end.
- Each controller has what feel like a smooth suede wrist strap for safety so you don’t launch them by accident.
- Fire a gun and we feel the kick. Get punched in the face, we feel the impact.
- Everything is a lot more clear than the Go and you actually feel like you're in the VR location. It all feels a lot more real - almost like looking through binoculars without magnification.
- Colours are much more vibrant that the Go. This no doubt will be due to the OLED technology in each of the two lenses.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Oculus Rift S PC-Powered VR Gaming Headset
- Rift s is heavy but doesn't seem that bad because the weight is evenly distributed. The foam all around is very soft and springy.
- Rift s offer the new fit which is miles more comfortable and the weight is much more well balanced.
- The build quality on the rift S is solid, the controllers, light weight and so far, work pretty well.
- I found the weight on my head to be perfectly acceptable, and the graphics are quite nice and clear.
- The controllers are a little bit smaller than the original rift controller as you can see on the image. It does not give you any finger room. For people with big hand this might be a negative.
Oculus Quest All-in-one VR Gaming Headset
- Overall feel is very robust.
- Incredible what they have done in such a small package. Wow! Thank you Oculus for the Quest!
- This thing is incredible. Its full VR. With nothing but this fairly light (compared to the vive) headset and two small controllers (which seem to magically know what my hands are doing!).
- Lightweight device.
- The comfort of the headset is quite bad, all the weight is at the front and even when adjusted properly it's quite heavy on the head.

What customers say about "Features"
Oculus Rift S PC-Powered VR Gaming Headset
- Halo headband. It’s easier to adjust. It's hard to clean after use, but can be replaced.
- The headband is completely redesigned and much more comfortable. Very easy now to swap between a few people, without fussing with 3 straps.
- The headband and face mask are more comfortable and the headset is overall easier to put on.
- Slightly less comfortable initially, slightly more difficult to find a comfortable setting with the headband and strap.
- Screen contrast is poor. Blacks are washed out. Highs aren't very high. The overall range looks to be very limited. It looks like you're wearing a very dark pair of sunglasses.
Oculus Quest All-in-one VR Gaming Headset
- Wireless. Looks slick. Great battery life. Easy to setup. Recommended!!
- Very quick set-up, great (if small) selection of games and apps, and using it is as simple as turning it on, putting it on your head, and adjusting the head straps.
- It has a great level of immersion in games and the inside-out tracking is brilliant and I've only encountered a couple minor problems.
- This will definitely soak up sweat, though arguably necessary for comfort - and you’re going to want that playing for long periods of time.
- Taking out the headset first, I felt the fabric coating around the sides. This gave an extra feel of quality and it certainly felt different from the cheaper plastic.
