- I now get full internet bandwidth, or close to, on mobile devices, and the stability is absolutely rock solid.
- With the new R8000 and the PS4 connected via 5Ghz I am getting a consistent download speed of 67Mbps.
- Streaming is a dream! I can happily game in one room, whilst HD films are being streamed in multiple others with no buffering.
- I would happily recommend this to anyone wanting a high end router with great performance.
- The speed this thing connects is amazing. I am really happy!
- Fast file transfer speeds, no complains!
- I bought the ac1200 to install my vpn on but wasnt fast enough for 3 kids to use, this one theyre gettin 3x the speed, well worth the money.
- Good range, speed and bootup speed, recommended!
- Slow download speed. I am angry!
- Wireless performance (speed and range) is no better or worse than the Hub 3, I was hoping it would be better.
- The antennas are easy to open up and it's straight forward plugging it in.
- This is a superb router. Multiple fast wireless channels and six antennae to reach all corners of a very large house.
- The unit itself is sleek and looks quite modern with easy to see indicator lights, it also comes with 6 fold out antennas to help maximise range. Good design and decent range!
- The range is surprisingly much lower than I expected.
- Unbelievably the BT hub provided a stronger signal than the nighthawk even though it’s got 6 antennas sticking out of it.
- It's easy to set up and use, and the range is good.
- Very good value for money and it allows you to cover different rooms by angling the antennas.
- The antennae work well and we get a long range, basically all the way to the end of garden.
- To get the router setup, I simply ran a network cable to my modem using the labelled 'Internet/WAN' port, before powering up the WRT3200. Once connected, I fired it up, easy for use and such a nice speed!
- Was expecting a little bit more from the range - old dlink router with 6 internal antennas was provoding almost the same range.
- The VPN service is pretty wonderful, not too tricky to set up and gives a bit of piece of mind when using public hotspots out and about.
- The VPN function is really useful and it is quite pricey but so far, so good.
- Amazing router with with useful features, the VPN works great, and I would recommend this router highly.
- A bunch of security features such as VPN support, being able to separate secure and guest network access, SPI & NAT firewall protection and preventing Denial-of-Service (DOS) attacks. Decent router!
- Minus for me is the VPN capabillities. It only support up to 4-5 connections and the auto config file export does not work for me.
- The security is top notch with many options. Good router!
- VPN passthrough, Firewall, Internet filters, DMZ, DDNS, port forwarding. Decent security package!
- I got the WRT3200ACM router to replace my Cisco Linksys E4200 router because it had a more powerful processor for VPN encryption out of the box.
- Parental controls possibility is a little bit weak.
- Parental Controls are still flakey at best, although a common quality of this router is decent!
