- The speakers sound is strong, well balanced and puchy.
- Great speakers... really compact, yet with a beautiful, balanced sound.
- My first monitor speakers, and very, very pleased. Hooked up to my PC, and I can no listen to all my tunes without any distortion.
- I dont have to move the main volume dial anymore then 30-40% they are very loud and clear with a good amount of bass Even with the room layout dial set to -4
- After using the Eris 8s for a couple of months now, I have no regrets. Great sound, great frequency response, lots of volume to spare.
- Great pair of speakers. Should have bought these years ago instead going through a few pairs of sub-standard monitors!
- What? Whaaat? WHAA-? I can't hear what you're saying, my skull is friggin' caved in after turning this up to 50%.
- They sound wonderful and achieve very loud volume levels when using a standard line level source.
- The 8" version digs deep enough into the lower frequency range to provide adequate bass extension
- As far as volume goes, because of the built in amps, you won't need any more volume.
- Well designed in general, seem well made and pretty solid overall.
- The speaker has a mat black finish and it is capable of producing rich and powerful bass ,so i am very pleased with the build quality
- I was abit shocked how big these are But sound wise i couldn't be happier.
- These speakers are absolutely brilliant. Superb build quality and sound.
- Pretty impressive units for size and cost. Highly recommended.
- These things are HUGE and very heavy. I'm a big fan of giant speakers
- The 8's are very large for reference monitors! They fit snugly on either side of my computer monitor on a 48" wide desk.
- I have a bigger size studio and the 5's were getting overwhelmed. Not these - they fill the entire studio beautifully without having to crank it all the way up.
- These are much larger than one might expect if the specifications are not observed.
- Overall body construction is also very solid and attractive looking
- Tonal balance is *really* nice for the size and price point; they're nearly as sweet as my much more expensive hifi speakers and amp downstairs.
- Bass is pretty well controlled and tight, treble sparkly and detailed, and the mids clear and defined.
- These speakers are amazing, how rich sound they have!
- Can't believe the quality for the price. I wanted to have clarity and a flat, truthful sound. These give exactly that.
- The sounds good in any frequency and the price is sensational.
- Makes music a whole lot more enjoyable to listen to.
- Cracking speakers they put orgasmic vibes into my ears with bass
- I highly recommend these for people who enjoy all types of music and want a proper listen experience.
- The bass will keep the squirrels off your roof and cause your uncle to have flashbacks of the war.
- I bought 2. They don't sound good, they sound perfect. Outstanding imaging, like wearing really good headphones.
- The adjustments on the back make it easy to tweak for your particular circumstances
- Most impressed is the bass hole on the front side instead of back, so that means no early reflections if you set them close to the wall.
- Adjustments for sound delivery; to tune to your taste.
- I like the various adjustability features, a lot. They are very clear, and reasonably transparent.
- Very impressed with this speakers sound and diversity in settings and inputs for various needs.
- Absolutely stunning full sound. Turn off intelligently when not in use.
- They aren't warm and fuzzy speakers. They reproduce sound the way it was originally mixed and allow you to make great mix downs.
- They are really nice speakers. The bass sounds tight and accurate, with the dial set at 0 the low frequencies are quieter than my audio technica m50x headphones.
- I keep the knobs at zero, to try to get as close to flat sounding as I can and adjust the eq in my computer.
- These speakers offer a decent amount of tweaking (Lows and highs sensitivity) on the speaker itself
