The picture and sound quality was very pleasing these are the good points.
I have one of these players and love it. The picture is perfect. I have the audio connected directly to speakers and the sound is perfect.
The picture quality is great; it took seconds to plug in and have a good picture.
It has no 3D capability, but will upscale DVDs to Full 1080p HD. For the price, you really can't go wrong.
The bad point of my player is an annoying low vibrating sound when viewing DVD.

This player is compact and has all the necessary features. Picture quality is very good.
Great gift for my son, with WI-FI he can watch Hulu, Netflix, facebook on the big screen Tv it is perfect gift.
Bought this mainly to play off USB sticks, not discs. Works with mkv files and ntsf format over 4GB. Did not come with a HDMI cable or a battery for the remote.
Works great. Does not come with HDMI cable. Easy to setup. Arrived on due date.
The quality is awful and the streaming is so slow it generally cuts out and gives me an error message instead of loading.
Freezes when watching Amazon Prime videos. Remote slow to respond when watching DVDs.

The product is good value. It plays DVD, BluRay discs and has input for other formats including USB memory stick and HDD.
Upscales any of my 720p films to look 1080p. Very functional with any format.
Couldn't be more satisfied with this product- expectations are fulfilled. Silent, very easy to set up, lightweight and comes with all the features you need.
It does what I need it to do. Sound quality and picture quality are excellent for the price.
Does not play from an external hard drive. It does play from a usb memory stick though but is picky on what format.

I love the Blu-ray players are now coming standard with alternate ways to watch TV and media, like Hulu plus, Amazon video, Netflix, Pandora, and more!

This is an excellent bluray player and it comes with wifi. Was extremely easy to install plug and play. Once you connect wifi it only gets better.
I do not recommend this DVD player to view streaming video. The system randomly stops playing and returns to main menu.
Netflix froze 1/3 of the time. Sometimes resulting in a frozen unit needing u plugging power. Remote control needs to be aimed directly at unit.

Only has a single HDMI output. This machine is perfect - basic, not too big, and pretty cheap for a Blu-ray player, VERY pleased!
It's a good basic bluray because there is no display on the front no audio outputs on the back only hdmi all this said it is still a good player for the price.
Perfectly good Bluray player for the price. HD only not 4K, the remote is small and fiddly. Only a hdmi on the back with a USB A on the front.
Upscaling of DVD's is very cool, and BR discs play as well as we'd like. Only slight downside is that the only output is 1 x HDMI, so jostling of cables and HDMI splitter was needed.
Works fine and great picture quality but no audio outputs at all? So can't connect up to my 7.1 home cinema surround system without now buying a HDMI audio extractor.

That is a huge benefit to anyone backing up their discs. I am very very happy. Highly recommended. Get a good quality HDMI cable and you will be happy too.
The easy, quick setup and user-friendliness of the whole thing make this an excellent Blu-ray player for today's household.
Kind of disappointing, only connection is an HDMI and nothing for sound. Good if you not planning to expand your home system.
It only has ONE HDMI output but it says 2.1 DTS audio underneath it. I guess this means this player does not support 5.1 DTS surround sound and it can only output 2.1 channel audio.
No HDMI cable was provided, especially when I am replacing the current Blu-ray player which is connected by a three-prong cable.
