It's the cheapest 4K 60fps capture card out on the market right now.
The resolution and crisp PC games gives all the edges and details in front of your eyes for some eye candy for your viewers.
The quality is impeccable when you are recording.
Picture and capture quality is outstanding.
Streaming is limited to 1080p even though the input is 4K using StreamLink.

Fab capture image quality.
This thing is great since it lets me play at 1440p 144hz.
It works perfectly. In OBS I chose the AverMedia card as the video source, and it immediately picked it up.
High quality 4k hdr videos and any resolution and framerate under that.
This card cannot record in 4k HDR and achieve 60 FPS.

The Elgato software which supports any product of 1080p60 output resolution paired with this card is fabulous.
Can record PS4 pro at 4K easily.
I was happy with my picture and it works as advertised.
The software has very limited option in terms of resolution and frame rate and has had bugs for me since the start.
The Elgato 4k software (which you are required to use) is miles behind the 1080p version, in features and stability.

Easy to install. Played nice with all existing capture software I had.
The RECentral software even has some pretty neat features.
The Live Gamer 4K came well packaged, and included the HDMI 2.0 cable that I needed.
It has worked flawless.
The RGB lighting seems weird, the only options I can see is 3 different patterns.
