- Great bit of kit and love the all new features. Would recommend this to anyone.
- Fast, clean, proper searching, a proper skip button and all the rest. Excellent box - so far so good.
- Brilliant, not a well known name, but has a great interface which allows you to go directly to iPlayer to watch the programme from the start and also a menu to switch to HD as well as record.
- Great at what it does. Responsive, good picture. Good array of channels when connected to wifi.
- If you locate and record your programs via the EPG (the Guide), then this product isn't for you.
- A good machine, quick to load iPlayer and other channel players.
- Absolutely delighted with this product. as a freeview box its great even for non bt customers. Would recommend this item to anybody.
- Very happy works fine does what it says on the box and good price.
- Small, compact and easy to set up. Gives excellent picture quality in HD.
- I can't get any on demand channels no hdmi, so using scart, and no internet channels at all.
- Good feature was the ability to retrieve recordings for up to 30 days, very happy with this box.
- The EPG was pretty and not difficult to navigate and all in we were pleased with it.
- The single most frustrating issue this device has is an *infrequent* syncing issue between audio and visual on recordings.
- The recordings layout isn't as good as the Humax i think. The Humax gave you thumbnails of the shows all at once.
- I have a weird issue where in a series folder other programs start to appear.
- Recording in HD is sharp with good sound quality and the 500Gb disc provides plenty of space.
- Recorder unit does everything I require and does it well.
- This is certainly easy to operate and find your way around and certainly good to be able to catch up anything you have missed and so easy to record.
- Every time I want to use web content, Catch Up etc. I get an error message saying go to this site !! When you get there it just says turn it off and turn it on again.
- Device is not that good with recording. It's ok of sorts but not as good as I hoped.
- It's super fast. Fast boot up. In the tv guide you can go back in time and easily watch a programme in the catch up service. ie iPlayer.
- Updates are coming thick and fast which is good news. Freeview play watch list is excellent.
- The remote control has big clear buttons on it which is great for the older generation.
- Interfaces and the picture quality on a 4K UHD TV is exceptional.
- It is very slow to respond to commands from the remote, often the channel up/down button doesn't work.
- Compared with older models, experience from this BT is not only sleeker and faster than before, it offers more channels and more catch-up content than before too.
- Smashing just what I wanted, just plugged it in and was working.
- This device is WAY faster than my 'cutting edge' Virgin Tivo box, it gets far better access to Netflix, Now TV and iPlayer.
- It can take a dozen presses of the remote in all directions before it reacts to the signal.
- I also don't like the channel banner which has no signal information.
- Reasons I opted for this unit was because it had WiFi so no need to connect via cable for the streaming services.
- Excellent quality connects via bluetooth to wifi no extra cables to run also allows tv to connect to free view on separate AV channel.
- Good array of channels when connected to wifi.
- Surprised with massive array of channels when connected to wifi.
- The picture quality is very poor when connected to an HD TV.
- HDMI provides a great connection and delivers a stunning picture.
- Sometimes the machine throws up a message to say that there is something wrong wrong with my internet connection, but everything is okay and I need to skip this message every time.
- The big disadvantage is lack of built-in WI-FI. But as I try to ignore that, ethernet connection doesn't work well.
- Have a problems with connection but I don't sure that is my fault. So if you want it for internet connectivity, that device is not for you.
- The DTRT2100 has a software fault which causes problems with HDMI switching.
