Limited to 200 MB/s in raid 0 or JBOD. Raid 5 around 90 MB/s transfer speed.
Using in Raid 0 as backup stays around 200 MB/s transfer speed. Hasn't disconnected or lost drives.
Reading S.M.A.R.T data from each individual drive. Good feature.
Creating/rebuilding RAID array (I did test RAID 1 rebuilding. It worked great).
QNAP External RAID Manager is great. User interface is intuitive and easy to use for RAID management.

Excellent temperature stability across all 5 drives.
Overall quality of product manufacturing is very good. Great features.
I was impressed by the sturdy construction of the unit, good feature.
The fans, from the device, are very quiet indeed, when operating, and keep the drives cool when in use nicely.
Extremely unhappy with this product. Few useless features and that's all.

I was copying files from an external drive connected to the MacMini via USB. Good speed and connect via USB.
Stable USB C RAID box that works well, stable, decent speed backups.
Put 4 drives in using JBOD mode, connected to PC then ready to use. Fast. Easy to connect.
It's USB 3.2 which makes it faster.
Plugged it in the USB3 port of the iMac. The QNAP software could not fine the drive.

Great connectivity via Thunderbolt, really fast speed.
On my opinion, Thunderbolt better than USB. Would recommend.
Great size for my desk. Easy to connect. Fast to transfer files.
It won't connect when plugged into a Thunderbolt hub.
There is only one way to connect expansion enclosures, and that's via Thunderbolt connection.
