I'm very happy with it. Can upgrade the ram making it future proof.
A variety of backup options. Good features.
The interface is nice and slick and easy to navigate.
Plenty of third party apps and all the functions you expect from a NAS.
I had slight issue with app store after an upgrade.

Qnap claimed that I could just take the drives from my old machine. Good feature.
This NAS is a tinkers dream, IOT, Web Dev, Docker, Virtualization, Torrenting, P2P, Usenet the list goes on and on and on.
They take a very modular approach to their software, letting you add features by installing packages instead of building some stuff in by default.
The control panel offers a ton of control over all aspects of the system.
The app selection is not great, but not terrible and for me personally not as important as the features of the NAS itself.

TOS is easy to install, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Good connect.
Packaged very well (comes with screws for the hard drives and a screw driver). Easy to connect and install.

Wireless network cards are good options for connecting to the NAS.
Good functionality, easy to use and connect.
It is easy to setup and use, and I have it on all devices that I use to connect to the NAS.
I have it connected to my HDTV. It runs Kodi, Plex and/or Emby. This took the place of my Linux server.
It wasn't connecting to my iMac, I logged on, and it told me to initialize the disks.
