- Good basic NAS. Nearly silent. Great size of storage.
- Install the drives and then go in and configure and you are good to roll. Great capacity.
- This is my first NAS and it was extremely easy to set up. Plenty of slots.
- Hard drives are easy to install to good slots.
- It was pretty easy to setup and its great for file sharing and backup. Good capacity of this one, would recommend.
- The SSD caching drive improves performance as well compared to my older NAS.

- We use the Synology chat app company wide. It's a legitimate replacement for Slack.
- My RAID resync speed was setup for Max 2000 / Min 300. No drama. Everything worked as it should.
- You need a good CPU to run Plex on a NAS and this model has just enough power. Fast!
- Very good for backup office 365 email and files with batch process and hit almost max of CPU resources.
- My only complaint is the CPU is quite weak. I tried running a Windows 10 VM and it was painfully slow.
- The CPU is laughable. Do not buy this product for video file storage.
- Installed the hard drive, connected to LAN and powered up 7 minutes. Good connect.

- This thing is easy to setup, and is extremely powerful. Good to connect via LAN and USB.
- It has no USB3, if that matters. Not really enough horsepower for real time media transcoding.
- One USB port for a UPS and one for a backup drive and that is it. A shame.
- Connected to the LAN and power, turned it on and brought up Synology Assistant on my PC. Easy to connect!

- I/O performance is great and can be even better with the expansion card.
